Important Policies

Booking Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of receiving the confirmation deposit.
2. Package prices are per person and based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
3. Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in government taxes.
4. Passenger names must be provided exactly as per passport. Name changes may attract additional charges.
5. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all passengers.
6. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, visas, and health certificates.
7. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.
8. Special requests (dietary, medical, room preferences) are noted but cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or cash at our office. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges are applicable on the total tour cost:

Travel Documents & Visa

• Passengers must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of return travel
• Visa assistance is provided but obtaining the visa is the passenger's responsibility
• Reyansh Holidays is not responsible for visa rejections or delays
• Health requirements and travel advisories must be checked and complied with by passengers
• Travel insurance is mandatory for international tours

Limitation of Liability

• Reyansh Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other service providers
• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by any reason beyond our control
• We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings
• Force Majeure events including but not limited to war, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics are beyond our control
• Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the tour package

Amendments & Changes

• Date changes may be permitted subject to availability and additional charges
• Name changes may attract airline penalties and administrative charges
• Tour itinerary changes may occur due to operational reasons
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

• Any dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be settled through mutual negotiation
• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India
• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws
